Why we built nous
We kept seeing the same problem at company after company: support teams drowning in repetitive questions, customers waiting hours for simple answers, and generic chatbots making things worse by inventing information.
The existing solutions were either too simple (keyword-matching bots that frustrated everyone) or too complex (enterprise AI platforms that took months to deploy and cost a fortune).
We built nous to be different: an AI agent that only answers from your documents, always cites its sources, and deploys in minutes — not months. No hallucination. No black box. No army of consultants.

We'd rather say 'I don't know' than give a wrong answer. Every response is grounded in your documents with a source citation.

If it takes more than 10 minutes to set up, we've failed. nous should work for teams without an engineering department.

Your data is yours. It never trains AI models, never leaves the EU, and can be deleted at any time.
